HIGH PERFORMANCE DIP COATING FOR CARBON FIBER, FIBERGLASS AND KEVLAR

The dip coating for technical textile is the key to innovative technologies: through carbon fiber, fiberglass and kevlar, the PRE-PREG becomes a semi-finished product, used in the thermic formation for high level components.

SELF ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY

For pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA), a coating application is the key to high level performances, heart of the sales strength of the customer and, of course, a key role is also played by the customization of the line. If competitivity is the objective, though, then the Hot melt technology is the most convenient solution.

LAB LINES FOR R&D

Research and development of new products are very crucial and fundamental processes for every company. This has lead COS.T.A. to develop a «pilot» line, that can be used to develop new products and for small productions. The parameters set on the «pilot» line are adjusted for a small production, to obtain the results of an industrial line. These machines are advanced laboratory equipment, used to test the production or to produce samples to be shown to the customers.
