| Robust construction, precision and simplicity in use are the main qualities of this new machine. The adjustable blade carriage movement completely eliminates vibrations and sticking. Often, after a working period, it is normal that similar machines which are not equipped with this system reduce too much the precision.
The adjustment and setting of the coating thickness between the blade and cylinder is performed electronically. The counter cylinder is motorised and has an auxiliary motor for grinding of the rubber surface. A dandy roller ensures that the pulling set for the material and synchronisation with the line speed are maintained. |
