| This original machine allows the user to spread varnishes, lacquers, resins and adhesives with absolute uniformity and precision. It is suitable for the continuous production on paper, spread paper, film and fabrics. The engraved cylinder, housed in a device that allows it to move transversally even during processing, is motorised and its replacement is rapid and simple. The wide range of engravings available for the cylinders permits the user to obtain applications that vary from a few g/m2 to heavy coverage on the order of 300 g/m2. The roller coating head is mounted on an extremely compact carriage structure and is simple and practical to use. The machine is also designed for insertion in existing installations, before the blade or roller coating machine. |
