The most important innovation applied on "COS.T.A." dryers, called "STOP & GO", has been patented and allows to eliminate the air ventilation completely on the material during the stopping period of the processing line. Sometimes, due to unusual events, the processing line stops, causing enormous problems on the production. Our new system avoids any troble and, when the line starts running again normally, the "stop & go" resets the previous parameters immediately. It is worth to say that all formulations and regulations, related to the temperature and the air capacity, remain inchanged. It is important to ensure that none variation on parameters in noted durinh the stopping of the processing line.

By using the inverter on the fans allows to maintain the air speeed on the blowers constant, even the blow-by, placed on the side manifolds, are open. This system optimizes the electric consumption and improves the total efficiency of the plant.

Thanks to the variable running of the pneumatic electric motors, the passage of the material operation is easier and safer.
